YOGA – BALM TO THE SOUL
Johanna Goldfarb shares her expertise with those who are new or experienced in Yoga! Come spend an hour with friends, relaxing and stretching into a mind-body practice, with ideas to take away with you to calm the spirit.

2:05 – 2:50 pm; New to Yoga Class

* If you are a Yoga practitioner already, come and bring your mat.
* If you are new to Yoga and want to try a beginner’s class, wear comfortable clothes and we will practice a Chair Yoga class together, with the same wonderful benefits but no need to get down onto the floor.
