The NCJW Book Group is on vacation, but we’re looking forward to the Fall.

September 5: The September book choice is Covenant of Water by Abraham Verghese. Debbie Perelman will be leading our group.

October 10: October marks Banned Book Month. We will be reading another Banned Book, James by Percival Everett. Margaret Cohen will lead that discussion. (We will be meeting October 10, not the first Thursday of the month, because of the High Holy Days.)
