From the 14th to the 20th century, women produced binders — the textiles used to tie the Torah scroll together — that were beautifully ornate with intricate embroidery. Join us to hear Lois Roman, a Trustee of the Memorial Scrolls Trust, as she shows us examples from the Trust’s collection of 400 Torah binders, which tell the stories of the women and families of the times.
