Do you put others’ needs before your own\, leaving you exhausted\, resentful\, or lonely?  If you’re praised for being nice\, self-sacrificing\, or agreeable\, you might be a people pleaser or a perfectionist. \nIn this one-hour workshop\, certified somatic life coach Rebecca Fellenbaum will guide you to explore the roots of these patterns and help you begin to shift them so that you feel more valuable and worthy. \nWe’ll cover: \n\nSigns of people pleasing and perfectionism\nWhy we learn to blend our boundaries and ignore our needs\nTools to build a solid sense of self\nA practice to begin identifying your wants and how to express your needs\n\nThis session includes a short teaching\, guided exercise\, group discussion\, and optional hot seat coaching.
