We all feel stuck at different times in our lives. In this hour-long program, led by Rebecca Fellenbaum, a certified somatic life coach, participants will have an interactive experience where they will learn about the causes of feeling stuck in their lives, four pillars you can start using today to get unstuck, tools you can use to help others who are stuck, and a chance for self-reflection. This is a great workshop for anyone who feels stuck, in a rut, not sure what to do next, or disconnected. Limited space is available.
